Good on them, I say! The California Supreme Court has declared gay marriage bans to be unconstitutional. Now if only the other states that do not allow same-sex marriages/unions would come to their senses and realize that the world isn’t going to end if we allow homosexual adults the same rights and privileges that their heterosexual counterparts get. Also on my wish list is to get rid of the incredibly unnecessary and discriminatory federal Defense of Marriage Act of 1996.
