Tonight we are grilling asparagus, onions, portabella mushroom caps, green, yellow and red peppers to go over some pasta; perhaps a glass of Chianti or Beaujolais to prime the "buds." Of course another glass, or two, will follow with dinner. For dessert . . . who knows. Maybe the bottle of Canyon Wind Proprietor's Reserve Port Wine along with some white Belgium chocolate will fill the bill. It made it to the mid fifties here in Colo.
