Yes, xkcd is marvelous (although a few simply puzzle me), and this one is exceptionally good. Once we’ve gotten past the end of the Mayan calendar, I’m wondering what we’ll get for the next, upcoming “end of the world,” although impending doom has become as tiresome as zombies.
Have a great 2012!
Clear skies, Alan
Yeah, they can be rather obscure sometimes. I’m with you — I’m so bored with the whole ‘world is going to end soon’ thing. *yawn*. I’m still ok with zombies, though. And bacon. But not together.
I think I’ll always be fine with bacon. I worked briefly in a kitchen at a nursing home in my younger days. Several days a week we cooked up racks of bacon, and indulging was not discouraged. That part of the job was heaven.

Oh, that is so awesome! I remember even seeing bacon frosting at Think Geek. They have quite the array of bacon products.
